Tier 2 Builder seeking a Project Coordinator for Student Accommodation
**Your new company**
We have partnered with this client for a number of years and they are now looking to add to their team and in search of a Project Coordinator. They are a Tier 2 builder with an excellent reputation and pride themselves on the repeat business and referrals they get across the industry. They specialise in all commercial projects, including aged care, schools, student accommodation. They are based in Melbourne’s inner suburbs, with good office space for their team of 45. Their projects typically span across all metro Melbourne with the odd regional job also.
**Your new role**
This is a newly created role, due to workload, for a project coordinator. They have recently been awarded a student accommodation and social housing project. Both projects are north of $30m +. They require a project coordinator to work on both projects simultaneously, given they are extremely close in location. You will be supported by a contract administrator and project manager on each job.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have proven experience with a Tier 2 or 3 main contractor as a project administrator / coordinator, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, working on projects north of $20m.
