**Job description**:
**Project Coordinator (Infrastructure & Networks) - Baseline or NV1 Clearance Required**:
Are you a highly organized and adaptable Project Coordinator with a passion for delivering complex infrastructure and network-related projects in fast-paced environments? We are seeking experienced professionals to support delivery across major government programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Project Coordinator (Specialist), you will:

- Support the end-to-end coordination of project activities, either as a lead or as part of a larger project delivery team.
- Maintain project documentation, schedule meetings, track tasks, and support procurement and logistics processes.
- Use tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Primavera, Power BI, and Excel for scheduling and reporting.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations, track milestones, and deliver within time, budget, and scope.
- Contribute to contract management, SOWs, resource onboarding, and timesheet tracking.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks effectively to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Foster team collaboration and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Prior experience coordinating or supporting infrastructure/network or technical delivery projects.
- Ability to operate effectively in environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Lean; certifications such as CAPM or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
- Strong administrative, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
