**Company**

Global software leader with over 5000+ staff globally with a 100 close-knit staff in Australia. The sales team is a team of 14 experienced and autonomous reps across mid market and enterprise.

**Product**

They are a global leader in Customer Experience technology, providing enterprise software solution that are used by over 100 countries in the world.

Their point of difference is that their highly customizable, cloud-based solution can integrate with all platforms as opposed to what's out in the market. This makes selling a complex solution more simple. This will benefit be you as the sales person as you will be winning deals upwards of $500,000.

**Responsibilities**

The Enterprise Account Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts to maximize upsell and new business opportunities with enterprise customers, using existing accounts for insight and benefitting from strong brand recognition and marketing efforts.

**Team**

The Sales Director was an Enterprise Account Manager before moving into the role which means you will be mentored with someone that has the know-how This is a perfect example of that there is progression opportunity from within the company
