Strong CX AI Development - Strong Business Partnerships - World Leader in CX Cloud Software The client is looking for an **Enterprise** **Account Executive** The role will be responsible for being the primary customer point of contact and generate new sales in contact centre related products to financial institutions and government. You will work to penetrate account at senior levels through executive briefing and meetings, and develop an intimate understanding of customer's business, technical issues and organizational structure, and document using appropriate systems. **Key Responsibilities** - Actively hunting new business as well as manage portfolio of existing accounts - Strategically drive revenue with "C" level clients and create a network of relationships to facilitate sales and promote alliances and partnerships - Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy including strategic account plans - Manage successful working relationships with Solution Engineers, Consulting Professionals and Technical Service Engineers - Map capabilities of Partners and other Strategic Alliances to target strategic sales opportunities - Drive and lead the sales, pre-sales, engineering and support efforts for the account to achieve business goals. - Minimum of 8 years experience in sales working with management software and track record of overachieving sales quotas - Proven business development and client services experience in contact centre industry - Experience selling into financial institutions and/or government - Strong understanding of sales environment and needs analysis sales process - Able to articulate and confidently explain complex models in a clear simplified manner - Ability to work successfully with channel partners and customers directly - Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities - Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills that build confidence and credibility - Flexibility and able to work in fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
