We currently have an opportunity for an **experienced**, **East-based** **New Home Sales Consultant** to join our business and help make the dream of owning a brand new home a reality for our customers.

As a Porter Davis Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality information to our customers, providing them with confidence to make the right choices, and giving them the most enjoyable, easy and exciting experience throughout the process that we can

Given our main market activity is on weekends, you will be required to work a **Saturday **to* Wednesday.*

**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- **Sales Activity** - you love sourcing and identifying potential sales opportunities with new customers. You'll actively promote Porter Davis products and services and continually explore business development opportunities
- **Market and Business knowledge** - you’ll take pride in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Porter Davis products, pricing and promotions as well as relevant industry products, keeping informed of market trends and customer buying patterns to develop appropriate strategies to target customers
- **Display Home Management** - you’ll be responsible for ensuring outstanding presentation standards are maintained in your display homes

**Who we're looking for**:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

- **New Homes Sales experience** - you’re from the industry and have an exemplary sales track record with a strong understanding of the first home buyer market
- **Driven and self-motivated** - you love working with KPIs and have proved time and again your ability to exceed targets
- **Business acumen** - you already understand the process of building, have competitor insight and understand the nuances of the local market to support your ongoing success
- **Skills** - your sales expertise is complemented by outstanding organisational, communication and interpersonal skills as well as high-level customer engagement techniques
- **Passion** - you love the residential building industry and are genuinely excited about an opportunity to bring fantastic products and services to the market
