**ABOUT US**

Our client is an established Home Builder based in Victoria completing over 1000 sales per year across Australia. They have a range of solutions and can target everyone from first home buyers, investors and upsizes. They are looking for a Sales Consultant to join the team either in the North Melbourne or South Melbourne display home.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Working in your designated Display Home and communicating with customers
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Lead customers through design, tendering and lead to deal closed
- Actively find new leads and customers

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in a New Homes Sales Consultant or Sales Associate/Cadet
- Excellent in task management and time management
- Positive and can-do mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Well organized
