Role Description

This is a full-time role for a New Homes Consultant located in the west. The New Homes Consultant will be responsible for guiding customers through the home buying process, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with new home sales. Daily tasks include meeting with potential buyers, conducting sales presentations, handling negotiations, and continuously learning about the products and services offered.

  • Customer Service skills
  • New Home Sales and Sales skills
  • Skills in Training and Negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the real estate or home building industry is a plus
  • Valid driver's
