**The Company**
Our client is a market leader in their industry, delivering innovative fresh bread products to the retail, food service, grocery, and convenience market. Due to planned business growth, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Office & HR Administrator to join the busy team.
**The Role**
This is a very ‘hands on’ position where you will be responsible for a range of administrative and reporting duties and also supporting the HR Team with a variety of tasks. Reception, administration, reporting, etc, lots of organisation required The office is based in Braeside, and you will also be assisting another site based in Dandenong.
- Answering calls and looking after Reception
- Inbound and outgoing mail
- Maintaining a range of registers; Recruitment, vehicle, locker, asset, etc
- Managing office purchasing
- Preparing MVP letters, Certificates and Service Awards
- Assisting with the Pre-Employment and Onboarding process for new employees
- Supporting the HR team with bulk recruitment
- Supporting the HR team where required
**What do we need from you?**
- A genuine passion for helping others
- A strong focus on system, process, and compliance
- Great attention to detail and follow through
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- A high level of computer literacy
- A professional and engaging communication style
- A willingness to learn
- 3 + years’ experience in an Office Administration position
- An interest in HR
