**Administration Role with Creative and Marketing Opportunities**
**About Smart Records Group**
For over 20 years Smart Records Group has been delivering first rate products and services to the archives and records management sector. Our group of brands assist customers at every stage of the archiving process, including onsite storage, archiving supplies and expert support. We have a strong focus on the education market and service customers across the eastern seaboard.
We are seeking someone to join our marketing team to continue growing our portfolio of brands and achieve our mission to become the first choice in document archiving solutions for schools and businesses across Australia.
**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and creative individual to provide support to our various teams. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will support the execution of business functions including marketing campaigns with some creative work baked in. You will also bring your creative flair to create engaging content across the business with guidance from the Business Manager
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- **A huge variety of office duties - you'll take charge of the office environment**:
- Undertaking administration of office tasks as required
- Creating social media posts and copywriting for websites and blogs (ChatGPT OK);
- Proofreading marketing content;
- Creation and distribution of marketing collateral;
- Creation of some graphical content, staying on brand but current
- Organization of our creative assets
- Maintaining customer data and database;
- Creation and collation of customer surveys and analysis;
- Event and project related support; and
- General marketing and office administrative duties.

**Skills & Experience**
A formal qualification in the relevant marketing and communications field will be looked upon favourably, as well as the following skills:
- Good phone manner
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM Systems
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp and social media scheduling software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and high level organisation skills.
- Capacity to work independently.
- Ability to constantly improve and optimise.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week
**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
