Dispatch Coordinator

Our client produces garden care products. They offer lawn fertilizers and pests, weed control, fertilizer spreaders, and soil wetters, as well as other related products.

**Primary tasks & duties of the role, but not limited to**:

- Performing all dispatch-related functions to support the site's dispatch operations
- Preparing dispatch paperwork for deliveries
- Pallet management documents
- Diispatch labels for finished goods.
- Working with a team of 3 in dispatch this role is mainly administrative with the occasion of performing tasks in the dispatch yard.
- Liaise with logistics providers.
- Create delivery consignments.
- Create dispatch paperwork including pallet labels and delivery dockets, order forms and pallet dockets.
- Prepare delivery quantity and advise the dispatch team and logistics providers in accordance to Evergreens dispatch roster.
- Consolidate pallet management documents.
- General housekeeping duties as required.

**About YOU**:

- Forklift licence essential (or willing to obtain)
- Logistics/Storeman/Warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience booking freight and processing dispatch paperwork is desirable

- Full training provided for all functions.
- Regular overtime available
- Mon - Fri 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Pay Rate $30 - $32 per hour + super
- Long term ongoing role with a view to permanency

**Salary**: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
