**Description**:
The Role
This position is responsible for growing the Fairview specification rates on new and rectification projects. This will be achieved by managing available resources and technology to achieve maximum coverage of construction projects and by developing and nurturing FV relationships with the Architecture marketplace. You will be expected to work collaboratively with Marketing, Innovations and Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation - identifying potential project opportunities
- Specification - educating architects on Fairview product offerings
- Builders Tendering - engaging and supporting Builders tendering to ensure the FV products remain specified
- Architect Relationship Management - Building relationships with T1 architects and with the architecture marketplace supported by Industry Marketing, Marketing programs and the Project Research team.
- CPD Presentations - educating and delivery presentations to key architects and stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management - growing the pipeline to meet sales order targets, ensuring inflow of opportunities, projects continue through the pipeline, and achieving flow of Builder appointed opportunities to the Project Sales teams.
- Information - gathering information on projects, architects, builders, competitors, and the market.
- Education - learn a sound technical knowledge of our products and utilise this to recommend products and educate architects as part of the sales process.
**Skills and Experiences**:
Essential
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Results focused - following through to get the end result every time
Desirable
- Knowledge of or experience in the Fairview range of products
- Knowledge of or experience in the construction industry
- Track record of exceeding targets
- Experience with business software such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Netsuite, BCI, and Microsoft Office Suite
