**A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Specification & Sales Engineer - Fibres to join our NSW Team.
- Reporting to the National Sales & Technical Manager - Fibres, the primary responsibility of the role will be to manage and expand the Concrete Fibre business in the NSW and ACT regions.
- This role is for IMMEDIATE commencement and includes an attractive salary package with a fully maintained company car and a bonus scheme.

**MORE SPECIFICALLY YOU WILL**
- Provide accurate product, technical support and specifications of fibres by consulting with key specifiers/engineers
- Manage existing customer base and increase market coverage by monitoring competitor fibres, design tools, strategies, maintaining lists of potential customers and regularly calling on potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with design engineers, contractors and concrete companies
- Provision of technical advice, specification, demonstrations and training in Sika’s Fibre range and other related products to customers.
- Conduct presentations to key consultants/engineers in various settings
- Inspection of Sika’s fibre dosing equipment and products on customer sites
- Carry out reporting or assignments or projects related to fibre dosing, equipment and customer service as required.
- Represent Sika in the marketplace and within the broader industry, including representation at industry functions and on industry bodies as required.
**We Need Your Skills**
**A LITTLE ABOUT YOU**
To be successful within this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience within the Ready Mix Concrete Industry
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of Fibre Reinforced Concrete or a related industry
- Basic Engineering knowledge of Structural/Civil designs preferably Steel Fibre ground supported slab designs
- Computer literacy skills - experience with MS Office, Salesforce, ERP systems (e.g. SAP), business systems and quality management system is highly regarded
- Proven customer service experience
- Report writing and presentation skills
- The ability to work independently and manage time and schedule without direct supervision
- The ability to develop and maintain professional and interpersonal relationships
