**About this role**:
This established window shading company, based in the Inner West of Sydney, are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant/Specifier to join their team.As part of the Sales and Estimating team, you will be responsible for sourcing, supply/design and installation of drapery, window furnishings, soft furnishings, solar shading systems and automated building control systems, to deliver some of the world’s most innovative commercial and hospitality projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit architects and designers to specify window shading systems and fabrics for large scale commercial, education and hospitality projects
- Prepare specification proposals to A&D clients and stakeholders
- Follow project opportunities from specification through to estimating and sales
- Review and record sale opportunities and tenders through in-house CRM system
- Meet deadlines for submission of quotes and tenders
- Follow up on sales opportunities to close the sales

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in sales and specification, ideally in window shading
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- High level of self-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
