McLean Care is dedicated to innovation and has developed a bespoke virtual clinic service to bridge the gap in regional care provisions. With an exciting new service being commercialised and the continued growth within Community Care services, Residential Facilities, Independent Living Units and Respite Services our team is ready for a Marketing Manager to join the team and operationalise our growth strategies.

**About the Role**

The Marketing Manager is a newly created position 2-Year Fixed Term Contract, demanding your adaptive workstyle. You will be responsible for delivering against the Marketing and Communications priorities which support business growth and good brand management principals.

You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Engagement to build plans, processes and deliver outcomes that drive brand awareness and client engagement within our target markets, positioning McLean Care and its associated brands and businesses as a leader in the global aged care industry.

You are a hands-on marketer, who has a strong communications background and the ability to drive positive internal stakeholder engagement. In this role you will need to turn your hand to anything, from newsletters, to campaigns, to social media. Ideally you will have a strong understanding of the aged care market, and a proven track record in marketing, communications, social media and events.

**About You**
- 8+ years’ experience in marketing and communications
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of media, both earnt and paid.
- Ability to create positive media activities and deliver multi-channel campaigns
- Produce and present reports to support plan delivery and outcomes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to and working knowledge of a broad range of digital marketing tools and the related trends such as CRM, CMS, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, Vision6, SalesForce would be beneficial
- Driver’s Licence and ability to travel from time to time
- Sound knowledge of the aged care sector and contemporary issues relating to aged care industry
