**Role Overview**:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute and refine our marketing strategy. This role is perfect for a motivated university graduate or emerging marketing professional who thrives on organisation, enjoys a collaborative approach, and has a genuine interest in branding and marketing. Your ability to bring structure and order will balance the creativity and fast pace of the team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Management**: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and print channels.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and on-brand content, from blog posts to social media captions, ensuring alignment with our brand tone and style.
- **Social Media Management**: Maintain and grow our social media presence, crafting engaging posts and responding to audience interactions.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing actionable recommendations.
- **Testing and Optimisation**: Analyse testing results and campaign data, driving ongoing improvements to strategy and execution.
- **Branding Support**: Assist in upholding and refining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- **Organisational Support**: Bring structure to project workflows, maintaining schedules, managing deadlines, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
**About You**:

**Preferred Experience**:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Some experience with CRM systems like Revinate or Klavio.
- Base knowledge of paid marketing platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimisation strategies.
