Marketing Manager Sydney | Hybrid | Full-time

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of campaigns from concept and ideation through to delivery and performance measurement. You’ll play a key role in balancing brand storytelling with data‑driven decision making, ensuring every campaign not only looks great but achieves commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end‑to‑end development of marketing campaigns, from ideation and storyboarding to execution and analysis.

- Oversee creative output across photo, video, and design, ensuring it aligns with brand and performance goals.

- Manage budgets, timelines, and production workflows to deliver projects on time and on brief.

- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance across Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital platforms.

- Drive customer growth through innovative acquisition and retention strategies.

- Partner with creative, digital, and product teams, as well as external agencies, to deliver seamless campaigns.

About You

- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role within a fast‑paced eCommerce or digital‑first environment

- Proven ability to develop and deliver creative marketing campaigns that perform

- Demonstrated experience leading campaigns end‑to‑end, from ideation and concept through to execution and post‑campaign analysis

- Proven experience managing and optimising large‑scale marketing budgets (ideally $10M+ annually) with measurable ROI

- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)

- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics

- Excellent organisational and project management skills

- Creative thinker with a commercial mindset

- Proactive, collaborative, and thrives in cross‑functional teams
