Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of the Public Trustee's funds management activities in compliance with policies and procedures
- Provide effective administrative support in an investment-oriented environment, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, mail collection and delivery in accordance with professional standards, Office policies and procedures
- Maintain information systems relating to Investment Services to ensure accurate information is available to key stakeholders as well as inputting and extracting data
- Assist with client enquiries to provide service to ensure clients receive accurate investment services information and services in a timely manner
- Assist with the delivery of financial planning and investment services within agreed service levels
- Assist with the administration of direct and indirect investments held on account of clients of the Office
- Undertake additional duties as required to meet the requirements of the role and the objectives of the broader Investment Services and Finance Program
