**About the roles**

As an **Investment Operations Specialist,** you will assist in conducting investment operations functions of the Fund including cashflow and liquidity management, liaising with and instructing the Fund’s Custodian, maintaining the integrity of unit pricing, monitoring of internal and external investment transactions and providing support to the Investment Operations and Performance and Investment Strategy teams.

Day to day, you'll:

- Assist and monitor internal trading processes, cashflow and liquidity management and internal query management.
- Oversee the unit pricing integrity, validating valuation of assets and maintaining unit prices policies / process.
- Assist with instructing transitions of listed equity and fixed income securities as well as manage changes to the unit pricing structure.
- Participate in the end-to-end implementation process for approved unlisted investments and ensuring that investment decisions are implemented efficiently and accurately.
- Participation in Operational Due Diligence reviews on Investment Managers and Third Parties where required.

As an **Investment Operations Officer**, you will be responsible for liaising with and preparing instructions to the Fund’s Custodians, supporting the integrity of unit pricing; assisting in internal and external investment transactions, liquidity and cashflow support and providing support to the Investment Operations and Performance team and other teams as needed.

Day to day, you'll:

- Participate in:

- The implementation of new Investments and Investment Managers.
- Preparation of instructions to the custodian and external managers; and
- Preparing investment documentation in accordance with internal protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with the liquidity and cashflow management process.
- Assist with investment operations and administration services relating to the Investment Managers.
- Support the unit pricing integrity and unit pricing policies / process, including daily review of unit prices.

We have multiple opportunities available - one as a permanent opportunity and one as a max-term opportunity until December 2025.

**About you**

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- Relevant university degree (e.g., Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business with a relevant finance and/or accounting major).
- Strong numerical reasoning ability and a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Theoretical knowledge of investment concepts including unit pricing and accounting concepts.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Investment operations, custodian or investment manager experience.
