**Our Client**

Due to a growth in business, our client is seeking a highly motivated Investments Officer.

Well established, they are recognised as a specialist provider of Superannuation Administration services for a variety of members. They focus on providing innovative and personalised service, utilising cutting-edge technology.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for providing a high level of client service to members, advisers, trustees and various stakeholders. Further to this you will be:

- Reporting on various activities including share & managed fund transactions
- Assisting the Investments Specialist in quality checking
- Liaising with stockbrokers regarding cash & trade settlements
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Processing investment switches, share trades and managed fund transactions

**Experience & Skills**
- Previous experience in Financial Services and knowledge of the ASX
- Strong reporting & reconciliation skills
- Ability to plan and organise effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
