Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with clinical leads and end users across Metro North Health to deliver the Digital Metro North Strategy 2018-32. The strategy aims to ultimately deliver an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North by 2032. Over the next five years, significant capital works are being undertaken, including hospital construction and refurbishment and the implementation of the ieMR Advanced solution across all Metro North facilities. Achieving the aims of the strategy requires a dedicated team with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains and the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver quality results.
- Lead the consultation and development of a Program Digital Transition to Operations Project Plan.
- In collaboration with senior leadership and teams, develop and manage the definition, documentation and successful completion of a large scale project implementation across all in scope Metro North hospitals, in line with Queensland Health project management methodologies.
- Oversee the transition of equipment, systems and solutions from the ieMR Project teams to the various Digital Operational teams. Ensure appropriate documentation, designs, technical and knowledge transfer occurs.
- Report on progress in the transition of equipment, systems and solutions to operations.

Key knowledge and experience
**The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Proven experience in the management of a medium and large-scale IM/ICT project management environment, preferably in the health care industry.
- Proven experience in the management of a large scale service transition of new services to operational support
- Experience in stakeholder relationship management to support effective business change, including the ability to initiate relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and manage business implementation planning taking into consideration IT multiple site deployments, data migration, training, engagement and any other business activities required to deliver successful projects.
- Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation (at a senior level) and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment.
