We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Manager, Remuneration and Reward to based in Melbourne. This pivotal role will be accountable for shaping and implementing strategic reward and recognition initiatives across our business in Australia and beyond.

As the Manager Remuneration and Reward, you will be responsible for:
- Aligning and communicating the total reward offering to the business, simplifying policies and processes, and providing guidance to the HR team on remuneration reviews.- Supporting and governing annual performance, remuneration, and incentive cycles, including cost analysis for benefit structures, budgeting, and implementation of reviews.- Providing support and analysis of benefits changes, local country legislation, taxation, or other impacts.- Offering consulting advice and partnering with the business on remuneration and reward policy, process, recommendations, and reviews.- Collaborating with business functions to review job architecture, position levels, and supporting organizational restructures using Mercer IPE.- Contributing to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of reward and recognition programs that align with the group's culture, values, and market competitiveness.- Keeping abreast of external market practices and providing insights on trends in reward and benefits.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, HR, or related fields.- Proven experience in a remuneration and benefits role.- Strong data analytics and HRIS skills (Workday), and advanced Excel proficiency, Power BI would be an advantage.- Solid understanding of systems and processes related to remuneration and benefits.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think laterally.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with good presentation skills and stakeholder management.- Proven ability to work collaboratively in multiple teams and contribute positively to team culture.
