The Job:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement remuneration programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and manage benefits packages that promote employee well-being and engagement.
  • Provide expert advice on sales commission programs and conduct market analysis to inform remuneration decisions.
  • Manage remuneration budgets, forecasting and Short-Term Incentive (STI) processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and award requirements.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven track record in a Remuneration role, demonstrating the ability to manage and deliver remuneration programs and strategies effectively.
  • Experience in conducting market data analysis and competitive analysis to inform remuneration decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with remuneration review processes, including budgeting, incentive reviews and compliance analysis.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and award compliance.
  • Excellent relationship management, consulting and communication skills.
