Catch is part of the Wesfarmers OneDigital division, which brings together Wesfarmers’ digitally native businesses: OnePass, OneData and Catch. This division is responsible for enabling Wesfarmers data and digital growth ambitions and increasing customer lifetime value.

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the Remuneration and Benefits Manager plays a critical role at Catch and for the OneDigital division by leading, developing and implementing remuneration frameworks and strategies, provide analysis and lead the delivery of the annual performance & reward processes.

What does a normal day in the life of a Remuneration and Benefits Manager at Catch look like? Wellno two days at Catch are alike, but you could probably expect your typical day to include some of the following things:

- Own, develop, implement and govern the remuneration strategies, providing consistency and alignment across Catch and OneDigital
- Provide expert advice to line managers and the Executive Leadership Team on all matters relating to position grading, salary, superannuation, bonus and shares
- Maintain an accurate view of the pay market across varying surveys and provide market insights to P&C Business Partners
- Lead the annual reward process, including employee communications

**The skills you’ll have**
- You’ll bring with you 5 - 7 years experience working in a remuneration & benefits role
- You’ll have a Bachelor Degree (Undergrad) preferred
- You'll have experience participating in a large-scale remuneration process such as remuneration review and bonus calculations
- You have the ability to analyse salary data, with strong numerical and analysis skills
- Proven to be effective with stakeholder management and ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions
- Proven ability to work independently with limited guidance
