We are currently looking for **Customer Service / Sales Officers** to join our client, a leading waste management company across Australia & New Zealand. They are currently going through some very exciting changes and expanding their business which is presenting various opportunities across the board

**Your duties may include**:

- Assisting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Liaise with the logistics team to find solutions for customers
- Scheduling bin deliveries
- Providing quotes to customers
- Respond and manage service cancellation requests
- Liaising with drivers daily
- Data entry - creating and maintaining customer data in all systems accurately

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Customer Service / Sales experience within any industry will be considered
- Waste Industry experience is highly advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be reliable and hard working
- Professional telephone manner
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills
