The Customer Service Coordinator’s role is to assist us with providing an outstanding service to all our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, receiving and responding to customer queries and processing customer orders.

**WHO WE ARE**

We are a manufacturer of packaging products that has been producing great products for over 50 years. We are located in Melbourne’s south east.

**KEY OBJECTIVES**
- Attending to customer requests
- Processing and management of customer orders
- Prepare customer orders for the warehouse and dispatch.
- Generate purchase orders for materials and supplies.
- Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and sales staff.
- Co-ordination of freight to customers

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3+ years in similar role is preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with MYOB, Excel, and Word
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills essential
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data capturing
- Team player
- High School Diploma

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
