The Customer Service Representative forms an integral part of our amazing Customer Service Team and works alongside a small team to schedule work for our branches across Victoria. The role will provide support to our Branch Managers, Installers, Clients and Construction Supervisors to ensure that our trucks arrive on sites on time and ready with the right products to install our height safety systems to ensure all trades are kept safe on site
**About You**
We are on the hunt for our next Customer Service Superstar. You are someone that is willing to go the extra mile and incredibly helpful by nature, you will love a laugh with your colleagues, and bring a great energy to the team

You will have had SOME exposure to customer service, perhaps in your first job in retail/hospitality, and be savvy with a computer, but for us - it really is about attitude and willingness to learn
**Key Responsibiliites**
- Schedule jobs between trucks to service various building sites for your nominated branch.
- Liaising closely with Branch Managers, sales teams and other departments within the company regarding stock levels, allocation of staff, customer satisfaction
- Reactive & proactive approach - Trouble shoot, problem solve and resolve concerns or issues.
- Manage deadlines and targets
**Skills & Key Attributes**
- Some experience in a similar role, which includes liaising with customers
- Excellent communication skills; both verbally and written and excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and follow through ability
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
- Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
