We are currently looking to recruit a data entry, sales savvy and customer focused person into our new Inbound Specialist Team. Within this role you will be entering data into our system, taking calls from our customers who have inquiries regarding our product range and identification tags. We want you to provide excellent customer service to these customers to ensure a strong relationship with Leader Products.

In this sales and data entry role, you will have a focus on acquiring new business to Leader Products (from both new and existing customers) by ensuring that these customers receive the highest level of professional, quality service, both when providing information and closing sales.

To be successful in this role we require you to have:

- A desire to be in a sales focused environment - experience not mandatory
- A drive to achieve targets
- Highly developed problem solving skills, negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a time critical environment
- Have data entry experience.
- Experience preferred but not mandatory in the following software programs; Outlook, Excel, MYOB Exonet, MYOB CRM.
- Ability to work well in a team
- Have strong customer service skills
- Having quality conversations with our customers to maintain strong relationships.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
