**How will you contribute**:
We put our customers at the heart of everything we do. As an experienced Google Ads Specialist, you will play an integral role within the customer experience team. You’ll be working with multiple small to medium business owners in various industries. The goal is to maximise ROI for our clients by creating opportunities through building and managing their Google Ads. Ideally, you’re an analytical problem solver and persuasive communicator that thinks outside the box for creative solutions. As a Google Ads specialist, you’ll be identifying trends and insights to design powerful paid search campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand clients’ business requirements, structure, needs and products
- Encourage clients to maximise their digital potential through explanations of their digital product suite
- Develop insightful and thorough recommendations to improve technical, design, content, and on-page and off-page optimisation elements for clients
- Manage and optimise clients’ Google Ads, Facebook management, Microsoft, SEO and any other products supplied by the organisation;
- Creation and implementation of Google Ads Campaigns
- Technical analysis of campaign results
- Understand, address and assist in resolving issues relating to customer service, campaign performance, and overall ROI.
- Assist in problem-solving and use your skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with others in your team to provide feedback and share ideas.

**We’d love to hear from you if you**:

- Can demonstrate experience in Google Ads optimisation (minimum 2+ years please)
- Have experience running native campaigns (Taboola, Outbrain, Plista, Verizon, Triple Lift etc.)
- Have technical knowledge of tracking and tags/pixels, and Google Tag Manager
- Have a strong analytical ability to identify gaps, understand opportunities through data analysis, and present them to the client
- Have the ability to manage campaign expenses and estimate monthly costs
- Have previous experience managing product feeds (Google Merchant Centre).
- Have experience working with ecommerce clients and ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce etc.) and B2B and B2C clients
- Have a strong understanding of HTML and SEO
- Have the ability to engage and manage clients in an agency environment.
- Can demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding
- Have strong attention to detail and time management skills
