**About the Role**

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the **Marketing and Communications Specialist** will be an integral part of all projects, enjoying hands-on responsibility for marketing activity across the WorkPac’s recruitment, training and employment services sectors.
**What will you do?**
- Define, develop, and maintain fully integrated digital marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional calendars, including website/s, EDMs, Social, SEO/SEM and content to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Work with our digital agency to develop segmentation, acquisition, and retargeting strategies to optimise the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end process of campaign creation from concept to deployment.
- Assist with social media content collation, digital enquires and complaint escalation.
- Extract, segment, cleanse and manage data for digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage website development and front-end user experience.
- Grow organic traffic through SEO tactics: troubleshoot technical SEO issues, keyword research, update page titles and meta information.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create campaigns and optimise user experience and conversion.
- Automate and trigger campaigns, monitoring responses, analysing user activity, and providing timely recommendations to improve team initiatives.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Provide guidance on and respond to enquiries received from internal departments across all areas of marketing.
**What do you need?**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns using marketing cloud platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo or Adobe Campaign. Dynamics experience would be highly regarded.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics preferably Google Analytics.
- A track record of using market insights and digital metrics.
- Ability to create content for channels including but not limited to EDM, newsletters, social media, blogs and web.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives across an organisation and delivering a customer focused outcome.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including copywriting and stakeholder management.
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to broker outcomes with stakeholders
