**About the role**:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be an important contributor to the digital marketing & brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints including managing creative direction & production, media, social media & eDM strategy.

Basically, you’ll be a gun at planning & executing digital marketing campaigns & analysing metrics to identify trends for all of our brands

**Some other specific activities include**:

- Development & execution of digital marketing campaigns via various platforms for the purpose of lead generation for our sales teams.
- Oversee the Content team who are responsible for internal content development & client content.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV & retention.
- Work with other internal stakeholders, & external agencies & vendors.
- Manage & improve online content and participate in SEO performance with other internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments & expand market share.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns & BAU content’s overall performance.
- Assist when required with content & maintenance of the brand websites with technical support from internal web development.
- Monitor, motivate & guide the team goals & their execution.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.

**What you'll bring to the table**:

- 5+ years experience in a digital marketing position (minimum 1 year leading a digital marketing team) with proficient knowledge across multiple digital marketing tactics.
- Ability to think creatively & commercially with proven experience designing, implementing & reviewing brand strategies & campaigns that have delivered the desired outcomes within defined budgets.
- Development, execution & monitoring of concurrent digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Experience with mapping consumer journeys with actionable effects on client retention & CSAT.
- Experience with CMS systems.
- Experience managing & briefing creative resources.
- A high degree of knowledge, skill & experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, Analytics, etc.
- Ability to quickly develop lo-fi content as required
- Extensive experience in campaign performance monitoring & presenting data & insights to key stakeholders.
- Experience in driving a marketing strategy for a consumer business or brand.
- Problem-solving skills including metrics-driven thinking.
- Highly organised & able to meet competing deadlines.
- Formal qualifications in Digital Marketing are highly desirable.
