**THE ROLE**
Working within the ANZ Domino’s Marketing team to drive sales and customer growth via food delivery aggregator platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash & Menulog. The position will suit a marketing professional with 4+ years’ experience and has been successful in managing ecommerce partnerships and can demonstrate prior experience in implementing strategies and campaigns that grow customer counts on online platforms. This position is highly important to Domino’s’ continued growth in a fast-moving and changing category and will be suitable to a focused and driven individual who can work with business leaders and stakeholders to achieve big goals.
**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for executing the Domino’s aggregator growth strategy and support aggregator partner relationships as a key contact for implementation.
- Help identify ways to grow aggregator sales via platform optimisation.
- Present to business stakeholders including franchisees on aggregator performance.
- Assist/provide technical guidance with troubleshooting store issues for aggregators.
- Key contact for all Franchise Partners across Australia and New Zealand for all topics related to Aggregator channels.
- Monitor competitor activity to ensure Domino's represents best value for QSR on the platforms.
- Work closely with the Global Head of Aggregator Partnerships to use ANZ as a pioneer market on Aggregator strategies.
- Assist managing the Domino’s menu and pricing to ensure Domino’s represents great value for all meal occasions.
- Work with internal stakeholders to achieve outcomes (e.g. field operations, IT, marketing Insights, finance).
- Provide regular updates to the business on key performance metrics.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports using raw data inside Excel & Power BI.
- Hands-on with online campaign and content management tools.
**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing roles including experience managing ecommerce partnerships.
- Proficiency in using content management systems.
- eCommerce merchandising and technical channel experience highly valued.
- Experience working with food delivery aggregators or eCommerce Marketplaces highly desirable.
- Experience with paid advertising tools preferred (performance marketing).
