As Sales Coordinator in the ANZ Surgical team, you will be based in Medtronic’s Head Office in Macquarie Park, Sydney and report into the Senior Manager, Business Operations. You will plan an instrumental role in the seamless execution of field admin tasks, events, conferences and meetings. You will also play a critical role in standardizing and streamlining ways of working within the Business Operations team.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties maybe assigned:
- Primarily act as the executor of standardized and streamlined ways of working in the Business Operations, working with other teams to support the Field Sales team achieve/exceed their business goals.- Understand the business dynamics and do the necessary coordination and transactional work involved in helping both Sales and Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class customer and HCP interactions.- Action administration tasks that are deliverables related to New Hire Onboarding, Knowledge Management tasks, Database maintenance, Master Data maintenance, and other ad hoc tasks as defined by the business- Responsible for end-to-end event management- Identify and help execute process improvements related to the Business Ops processes; assess and contribute to the process transformation in ANZ Surgical and Acute Care & Monitoring Operating Units.- Gatekeep and provide guidance to ensure compliance.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Must Have- Bachelors Degree- 4 years relevant experience in sales coordinator, sales operations or events management role- Has advanced practical knowledge in administrative work, meeting management, contract management- Knowledge of Cvent, Docusign, Microsoft Meeting Planner, etc.- Possess good problem solving skills, experience in troubleshooting and timely resolutions.- Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to create strong partnership and network within the organization.
