Be a part of an rewarding role within the in-house meeting management team delivering medical educational events. Reporting to the Sales Operations and Meetings Manager, the Event coordinator role will deliver a consistent approach to managing our field-led medical educational meetings across Australia and New Zealand.

**What you’ll do**

This is a full time, 5 month contract role processing and delivering in-person, hybrid & virtual Sales Events. Responsibilities include maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate event timelines, generating event invitations and registrations, travel management and other administrational support.

**Essential for the role**
- Experience in working as an administrative assistant or event coordinator
- Experience planning, organising and executing in-person, hybrid & virtual meetings or events
- Professional written and spoken communications
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to liaise with key stakeholders regarding their meeting needs
- Analytical abilities and problem solving abilities

Desirable for the role
- Experience in coordinating meetings and events within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
- Tertiary qualification in Business/Event Planning/ Event Management
- Experience using CRM, event and budget management platforms (Sales Force/Veeva, Cvent, Concur)
- Basic SAP experience
