**About the role**

We are on the lookout for a super organised and proactive
**Service Coordinator **to join our Service Heroes team in
**Macquarie Park, Sydney**. This role is a
**full-time** permanent position. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing various trade services with internal and external tradespeople/consultants for our client’s work orders.

**Objectives**
- Schedule and manage work orders for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assess and resolve client issues.
- Maintain CRM database ensuring records are always accurate and up to date.
- Report on sales activity and performance as required.

**About you**
- Ideally you will have 3 years’ experience in a similar all-rounder role in administration/service coordination, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest
- You’re known for outstanding client service and communication skills (written & verbal).
- You can professionally deal with clients and third parties.
- You are proactive and have exceptional organisational skills.
- If you want to be the “glue” for our tribe and are a genuinely a nice person who is always willing to pitch in when the chips are down, then we will consider you
