**The role**
The role of the Events Coordinator is to plan, coordinate, execute, deliver, and evaluate a high-quality program of events and workshops to promote the Endotherapeutics brand and product awareness. The position involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and responsiveness to the needs of our partners. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires energy and is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning marketing team where you will be supported to succeed Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding the planning, coordination, and promotion of events
- Drive the delivery of all aspects of events, workshops, webinars, and in-house events
- Support the sales team as required
- Event reporting (leads, ROI, engagement, debrief summaries)
- Adhoc interstate travel
**About you**
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with a collaborative and constructive mindset
- You take initiative, are agile and can solve problems
- Excellent copywriting, proofing, and grammatical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, always meeting deadlines
- Proven track record and ability to execute a detailed event-oriented marketing plan
- Ability to report on event ROI and engagement success while also refining processes to improve efficiencies and quality of presence.
- 2 + Years’ experience in the coordination of events (participation in third party events and self-run)
- Experience posting and moderating on social media platforms
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in event presence and marketing
- You will have a valid driver’s license and car available
