Marketing and Communications Manager

Your strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success. You will bring a high level of practical and strategic experience with print, digital and social media platforms, complemented by exceptional written communication, attention to detail, and proofreading abilities.** Some of your primary objectives (but not limited to) will include: - Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of three, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget - Driving the Marketing team to collaborate with, internal stakeholders, various organisations, industry, and community to develop, create and write engaging and relevant brand communications - Managing print and web publications as well as communal, local, and other industry media outlets - Delivering monthly marketing reports **Essential criteria**: - Tertiary qualification in journalism, communications, marketing/advertising, public relations, or a related field - Proven background in journalism, editorial, or publishing, with experience in interviewing, writing, editing, and producing publications - Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills, with the ability to create persuasive, engaging, and accurate content across print and digital formats - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines - Previous experience managing and leading teams - Awareness of Jewish community, customs, and values, with the ability to reflect these appropriately in communications and stakeholder engagement - Willingness to travel to other sites as per operational requirements **About you**: Along with your software proficiency, you are a creative and innovative thinker who can shape narratives for diverse audiences and who thrives on fostering positive relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and broader community. **About us**: Montefiore is an award-winning, Sydney-based aged care provider, with a proud 135-year history as a non-profit organisation founded on Jewish values.
