**What You’ll Do**
- This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to project teams across PAS operations.- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project activities and deliverables.- Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting tools to ensure compliance and accuracy.- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes for project stakeholders.- Support communication and engagement across internal teams and external partners.

**What You’ll Bring**- Demonstrated experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
