Montefiore is seeking to appoint an additional Spiritual and Cultural Coordinator to join their creative and energetic close-knit team. This is a permanent full-time position. Some afterhours work will be required during the Jewish festivals.
Reporting to the Spiritual & Cultural Manager, the primary responsibilities of this role will include:
- Coordinating all aspects of the Spiritual and Cultural department
- Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective running of events and activities
- Coordinating, managing and implementing all aspects of Shabbat and Jewish Festivals, including supporting the intergenerational programs
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Is efficient, takes initiative, and is a self-starter
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Ideally has experience in event coordination
