**About the Role**:
We are seeking an individual with experience in Human Resources to join our People, Engagement and Culture (PEC) team as a PEC Coordinator. This pivotal role supports the Senior PEC Business Partners, the wider PEC team and will be required to work at various St Basil's sites depending on business support needs.

**Description**:
Your Key Responsibilities
**Recruitment and onboarding**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Creation of formal employment documents for employees
- Coordinate St Basil’s Employee Referral Program
- Attend regular induction sessions and run the PEC section
**Supporting our business**:
- Build an open and effective two-way communication with managers and staff in order to effectively respond to HR matters
- Provide HR advice and information to all levels of the organisation on employment related matters, processes and procedures
- Escalate employee relations and performance management matters to the Senior PEC Business Partner
- Attend site staff meetings to provide PEC support as required
- Support sites with culture events
**Compliance and reporting**:
- Accurate and timely collation of data for HR metrics and prepare Board reporting
- Prepare relevant HR regulatory reporting
- Maintain and monitor compliance ensuring all employee compliance requirements are met
- Monitor and ensure mandatory L&D training is completed by our workforce
**WHS & Workers Compensation**:
- Coordinate the lodgement of notification of employee incidents to St Basil’s Recovery at Work Coordinator
- Provide support to our WHS Committees
**Other responsibilities include**:
- Supporting the broader team as required including leave coverage
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of PEC projects and programs such as engagement, tenure and diversity
- Contribute to the development and review of Policies and Procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance PEC coordination efficiencies
- Take and circulate minutes from the PEC meetings
- Maintain current and accurate records ensuring employee data in the HRIS is accurate
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, manage schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
- Formal qualifications in HR with coordination experience in an HR function
- Strong well developed administration skills, including the ability to effectively manage timelines, and coordinate tasks
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proactive and professional work ethic with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to be able to work with a broad range of people from varying backgrounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
