Administration & Customer Service Representative

**The Role**:
**Your core responsibilities would include**:
- Data processing/data entry
- Maintaining member database by updating customer records
- Verifying members identity and adhering to confidentiality procedures
- Contacting members to clarify information as necessary (0 - 30 outbound calls per day depending on the team)
- General administration tasks as directed by your team leader

***About you**:
- Previous experience in data entry/administration
- Previous experience in an office environment making and receiving calls
- Accurate and fast typing skills
- A natural talent for customer service
- Thrive in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use a wide range of computer systems
- Able to work in a structured environment, toward achievable KPI’s
- Experience in, or a keen interest in superannuation or finance is preferable
- A degree in Finance or similar will be highly regarded
**Key details**:
- ** Multiple temporary contracts available from 2 - 11 months**_*Top performers will always be considered for an extension or for a permanent role depending on business requirements _
- **Location**:Milton or Brisbane CBD
- ** Work from home**:available after of 2 weeks of onsite training (up to 3 days per week once you are able to work unsupervised)
- ** Pay rate**:$30.95 - $34.33 per hour, plus super
- ** Hours**: 8:00am - 4:00pm (flexible)
- ** Days**: Monday - Friday
