Our business has grown extensively, and we are seeking **5 x Full Time Customer Service Representatives** to join our growing Contact Centre team based in our Australia Head Office.

**What Does Success Look Like in this Role?**

Reporting into the Contact Centre Supervisor for New Zealand, our Customer Service Representatives are vital to our success. You will collaborate with our Australian Contact Centre to deliver the best possible customer experience
- Day to day your role will involve:_
- Deliver high quality customer service by providing general information and professional advice in a friendly way whilst ensuring our customers’ needs are met.
- Promote National Storage's brand and products to increase conversions such as insurance, storage space and vehicle hire.
- Proactively build relationships within all levels of the business with a key focus on our Storage centre teams.
- Achieve individual targets and great call quality.
