**Your new role**
As the National Technical Sales Manager your role will be part of the executive team and will play a vital part in ensuring that sales and services are actioned within set timeframes, meet quality expectations and customers are satisfied with the end results. You will enjoy making this role your own and seeing your results grow the business.
- Full sales focus and accountability - you will have complete autonomy to convert leads in to sales
- Build and maintain relationships with customers nationally
- Understand demands and market trends to provide feedback for product development
- Scope work for customers, provide quotes and convert leads
- Lead the service technicians and ensure that work is conducted within set timeframes and to quality standards
- Produce tenders and proposals for new and existing customers
**What you will need**
- Previous experience in a sales management role - technical products to the building and construction industry would be a huge advantage
- Experience in tender submissions, proposals and detailed quotations
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Willing to travel instate every 2-3 months
