We’re on the lookout for a proactive and passionate Recruitment Officer to join our Support Office and manage the hiring process for a wide range of roles across our network — from veterinarians and nurses to reception and leadership positions.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for all clinical and non-clinical roles across our practices
- Write and coordinate engaging, brand-aligned job advertisements
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and associated documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with internal talent initiatives such as check-in and exit interviews

**The Ideal Recruiter**:
To thrive in our vibrant team, you’ll need:

- At least **two years** of recruitment experience (veterinary experience? Awesome, but not a must).
- Strong communication skills that shine in both writing and speaking.
- A knack for creative problem-solving—think outside the litter box
