We are now seeking an experienced **Accounts Payable Officer** to join our awesome (even if we do say so ourselves) support office team in Bundall.

**About the Role**

This new role is for an experienced AP Officer bringing a can-do attitude and exemplary organisational skills and who’s keen to roll their sleeves up to support the growth of building an amazing company here on the Gold Coast.

The Accounts Payable Officer will focus on high-quality data entry of a high volume of invoices daily, bank reconciliations and general finance tasks, while also assisting with end of day practice reconciliations.

**About You**
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- Demonstrated experience working in a complex and high-volume accounts payable and/or reconciliations environment
- High attention to detail
- A demonstrated knowledge of general accounting principles, and of GST legislation at a transactional level
- A customer-service focus, and an ability to build strong relationships at all levels and across a variety of business units
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to always look for process improvements and to solve problems
- Be a responsible, organized, self-directed and efficient individual, with an ability to work to deadlines
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (desired but not essential) and using all Microsoft Office Suite.
