We’re excited to welcome an **experienced Accounts Payable Clerk/Officer** to join our family on a **fixed term 12 month contract** to play a key role in driving the success of our brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

**_About your new career:_**
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be an important member of the Finance team. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

- **Capturing a high volume** of expense invoices across multiple group companies
- **Allocating expense invoices** to the correct Cost Centre within each group company
- Responsible for the** processing and reconciliation** of Credit Cards
- Preparing Creditors Statement reconciliations where required
- **Reconciliation** of bank accounts
- Supplier engagement relating to setting up new accounts and/or resolving statement queries
- **Preparation of weekly payment batches**:

- Other duties as required by the Financial Controller or Director

**_A little about you:_**
You’re a passionate Accounts Payable Clerk/Officer, who enjoys being part of a growing, evolving environment, contributing towards the collective team outcome, yet able to work autonomously to deliver outputs to a high standard.
- **Minimum 1-2 years’ recent experience** in Accounts Payable and Bank account reconciliations
- **High attention to detail,** whilst managing multiple tasks.
- Establishing and **maintaining effective working relationships.**:

- Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Office and ERP systems.
- **Excellent communication** and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated experience** managing multiple tasks** and maintaining focus on priorities.
- **Tertiary qualification -** Accounting, Finance, Business or similar (Desirable but not required)
