**About The Role**

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Providing solutions to conform to the customers wants and needs
- Generating new contracts for existing clients and utilising warm leads
- Assisting customer concerns in an efficient and friendly manner
- Maximising every sales opportunity to increase revenue while ensuring the products recommended are suitable for the customer
- Optimising internal databases with retention offers for current customers
- Willingness to learn new skills and assist where required in the team
- Commitment to keep up with latest product knowledge
- Share the brands mission, vision, and values

**To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes**:

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn in-house systems
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
