NSW Government Agency is looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team in Sydney CBD. You will be responsible for managing maintenance, minor Works projects, services and providing detailed knowledge about the management and operation of allocated University facilities.

**The Role**:

- Key point of contact between Campus Infrastructure and Services team and stakeholders to ensure CIS is meeting the facilities management operational needs and expectations of its clients
- Manage budgets and provide scopes for maintenance, minor works and services for University facilities
- Maintain regular and ongoing contact with key stakeholders in the Faculties, Precinct Managers, and the wider University community

**About you**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction or Property or Facilities Management and/or relevant field
- Experience in single building management or trade background
- Strong communication, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills
