Your new role

Lead maintenance operations across a diverse and high-volume contract, covering libraries, childcare centres, transport hubs, and commercial buildings. You'll be part of a well-established, high-performing team, ensuring smooth service delivery across Sydney's public infrastructure.

Your duties will include, but won't be restricted to:

  • Overseeing facilities maintenance across a broad precinct portfolio
  • Manage contractors, compliance, and service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in facilities or asset management
  • Background in government or large-scale contracts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A trade background is preferred, but not essential
