**Purpose of the Role**
We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a high-profile client site in Sydney’s CBD. This client-facing role will see you working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery, contractual compliance, and continuous improvement across the facility.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee facilities operations and ensure contractual KPIs are achieved
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Lead a small, collaborative on-site team, supporting and guiding their daily activities
- Monitor compliance with WHS&E requirements and company procedures
- Manage contractors and suppliers to meet service standards
- Produce operational, compliance, and financial reporting as required
- Identify and implement process improvements for service delivery

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CMMS systems

**Desirable**
- Experience in leasing or property management
- Knowledge of building compliance requirements
