Client-side Facilities Manager - x3 Prestigious commercial assets in Sydney CBD
- Managing and delivering CAPEX projects across x3 assets
- Salary up to circa $150,000 package

Redpath Partners are delighted to be working alongside a prestigious, leading, private investment company known for consistently delivering risk-weighted returns who are seeking a Facilities Manager to take on management of x3 of their assets in Sydney.

You will manage their head office in the CBD, a 15-level commercial heritage building as well as a commercial office with retail in Surrey Hills, and an office in Mascot.

This role is suited to a Facilities Manager with circa 5+ years’ experience in managing commercial offices with a trade background including
- Plumbing, HVAC Engineering, Electrician etc._)

**Key responsibilities of the Facilities Manager include**:

- Develop annual facilities management plans for each property including timelines and budgets for operational tasks, repairs and maintenance and CAPEX.
- Conduct annual negotiations and contract renewals with regular service providers and contractors.
- Manage and supervise CAPEX projects, tenant make goods and building refurbishments projects. Oversee consultants and contractors and ensure appropriate approvals are in place for the successful delivery of projects.
- Provide monthly reports for each property to management identifying issues, risks, opportunities, and general recommendations.

**The Individual**:

- Have circa 5+ years’ experience as a Facilities Manager managing commercial offices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience is a must.
- Ideally from a trade background (plumber, Engineer, Electrician etc.)
- Proven experience managing and delivering CAPEX projects.
- Strong contractor management experience.
